Greek Chicken Pizza Grilled on Naan Bread

I really have no words for this pizza…o.k., YUM!

That’s how I will summarize this cheesy, Greeky (new word) Goodness!

I’ve never meet anyone who doesn’t love pizza. If you’re out there, word to the wise…you’re missing out on the foodie life!

Now take traditional pizza and place those ingredients on top of Naan bread…food heaven.

Back story, I will admit that I eat Naan bread with pretty much anything.

With butter, as toast, topped with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella cheese, just yum.

BTW, when my heirloom tomatoes grow, get ready, get ready, get ready, I am going to be a Naan pizza making mama!

I marinated the chicken breast with plain Greek yogurt, garlic, lots of olive oil, crushed dried Oregano and plenty of spices.

Next, I grilled the chicken up, allowed it to rest, then diced it up to start assembling our pizzas.

Top the pizza with the grilled chicken, mozzarella and feta cheeses, peppers, sun dried tomatoes, and red onion.

Place the pizza back on the grill to cook the Naan bread and allow the cheeses to melt.

After the cheeses melt, I immediately top the pizza with parmigiano reggiano cheese…yes, more cheese people, and fresh basil.

A little drizzle of olive oil and it’s time to eat!

It’s beautiful, like Greek food art!

What you waiting for people…this is a must make!

Chicken Bacon Ranch Naan Bread Pizza

There are few things in this world that I could eat repeatedly. Tacos, chili, pizza, and chocolate all have no limits. Everything else, eh, it might be months and months before my family sees it on the menu again. Usually, that’s not a problem unless it’s something they really, really like. (Like this Chicken Bacon Ranch Naan Bread Pizza!)

Every once in a while, someone will ask me to make something we had before … except they can’t remember what it’s called, and the ingredients they tell me could be one of about fifteen dishes we’ve had in the last six months. The good thing is I would never have that problem when it comes to recipes like this one.

I think we had this pizza recipe five or six times in the last month. I loved the flavor combo that much. You can bake the tomatoes on the pizza if you prefer, but I prefer them to be added after the pizza is baked.

I’ve gotta say, for perfect personal size pizzas, naan bread is a great choice! I love that there is no prep work to get the crust ready! It makes dinner time so easy and fast! This recipe is also a great way to use leftover chicken or the last few strips of bacon!

Grilled Balsamic Chicken Salad Pizza with Fresh Strawberry Salsa

I’m super excited about today’s recipe. Because PIZZA.

It’s probably one of my most loved foods. I could eat pizza almost every night and not complain. And I’ll take any version you want to throw at me. Deep dish, thin crust, wood-fired, plain or fully loaded. It’s all good.

We have something here in coastal New England that we affectionately call “beach pizza”. I’m sure others have this too. But it’s basically the thinnest crust ever, sauce and cheese. No frills. Served on a paper plate. A bit greasy. And cheap as all get out.

I love it. I crave it. And when I moved back here from the West Coast, it was one of the first things I ate.

This Grilled Balsamic Chicken Salad Pizza with Fresh Strawberry Salsa is WAY fancier than my beloved beach pizza. But it’s pizza nonetheless. And I’m obsessed with it.

The other thing I’m obsessed with lately is store-bought naan (I typically buy the Stonefire Tandoori Naan). I got hooked on this stuff a couple months ago and there has been no turning back. Because it makes life really easy. I warm it up either in my oven or on my grill. And then I go to town with all the toppings.

Today’s version has some marinated grilled chicken breast, mozzarella cheese, mixed salad greens and a sweet and spicy strawberry- jalapeño salsa. It’s everything you need for a complete meal all in one neat little package. And it’s ready in just about 30 minutes. I guarantee you’ll be making this one all Summer long!

Be sure to look for the thin cut chicken breasts in your grocery store. They cook up much quicker, helping to get this meal on the table FAST!

It’s also the first Thursday of the month, which makes today 30 Minute Thursday! Check out the links below to see what some of my blogging friends have cooked up for June. I hope you find some inspiration for your next dinner!

The flatbread brand that I use for this flatbread pizza recipe is Stonefire (not sponsored, I just really enjoy the product).

The recipe yields two flatbread pizzas. The size of each flatbread is 200 grams each. If your flatbread is larger or smaller, you may have to adjust your ingredients accordingly.

I cut each flatbread pizza into 2 large slices, but you can cut them smaller if you wish.

I use fresh mozzarella here. It melts wonderfully and tastes delish!

Copycat Pizza Hut Cheese Sticks

You may know my love of copycat recipes. I&rsquove got a good chunk of them including my Olive Garden Pasta e Fagioli, Panera Turkey, Apple & Cheddar Sandwich, Chili&rsquos Chicken Enchilada Soup, Melting Pot Traditional Swiss Fondue and more . In fact I even have a category dedicated to copycat recipes on my recipe finder. That&rsquos how serious I am about these recipes. My philosophy is why go out when you can stay in? Plus, like I always say &ndash you can control the ingredients at home &ndash where at the restaurant you cannot. Not only that, you&rsquoll save money too! I&rsquod say it&rsquos a win/win.

I haven&rsquot ordered a Pizza Hut pizza in years. YEARS I tell you. If there&rsquos one thing I remember it&rsquos how amazingly cheesy and wonderful their cheesy breadsticks are. Amiright? Legit cheesy. Legit wonderful. Well I wanted to simplify things as much as I could wile keeping the recipe as authentic as possible. I was able to get this to a five ingredient recipe. Did you hear that? FIVE ingredients!! How is that possible? Stonefire Authentic Flatbreads &ndash that&rsquos how. No, they aren&rsquot sponsoring this, they just have amazing products that truly I love! Did you see my Cranberry Salsa Flatbread Appetizer or Grilled Veggie Flatbread Pizza? Those were made with Stonefire too &ndash great easy recipes you&rsquoll definitely want to check out!
