Taste and if necessary add delicately vegetables or salt to taste. When it is ready, add the tarragon and the finely chopped green parsley and add 2-3 more boils.

It was delicious and even warmed us up (especially since we all served it hot!)


Potato soup

The recipe below I have from my mother is the meatless version.

1. Peel the pork chop, pass it through a stream of water and bring to a boil in a liter of water with a pinch of salt. Cover and simmer.

3. Sprinkle with the wine sauce and add the minced garlic and the rest of the thyme. Put it in the oven to brown and sprinkle with the sauce from time to time, so that it does not dry out.
4. Separately, wash the potatoes and bring to a boil in salted water. After boiling, remove and clean. Put whole in the pan with the pork chop. Leave to brown for another 20 minutes. Serve garnished with parsley and flavored sauce.
