As I saw this dessert on the site, which is one of my childhood desserts, I said to make it because I haven't made it in a long time. There are so many dessert recipes that now I don't even have time to repeat the cake, the cake, the pie, the tart, etc ... I think it's the easiest dessert, anyone can make it.

  • 1 l milk
  • 8 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 sachet of bourbon vanilla
  • for caramel:
  • 8 tablespoons sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoons of water

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Burnt sugar cream:

Put the caramelized sugar on the fire in a bowl or pan, when the sugar changes color slightly and starts to melt, add a little water. Leave on the fire and mix at the same time, until the sugar has melted and acquired a slightly copper color. Put the caramelized sugar (hot) in a heat-resistant dish, line the bottom and edges of the bowl with the caramelized sugar. Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until the eggs dissolve well, add the milk, mix them all well and pour them into the bowl with the caramel sugar. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve plain or with whipped cream, ice cream, even fruit, as you like.
