  • 12 mushrooms
  • 100 grams - mushrooms [pt. decor]
  • 150gr rice with spinach
  • 100 gr spinach
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 small red pepper
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 6 cherry tomatoes for decoration
  • salt
  • pepper

Servings: 3

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


  1. in 2 tablespoons of oil fry for 1 minute, onion and pepper, cleaned, washed and cut into cubes.

  2. put 1 cup of water, salt and rice. It is added during boiling with water if necessary.

  3. I was not happy with the color of the dried spinach and I added washed spinach and cut into strips and pepper.

  4. I cleaned the mushrooms of the stalks, washed them, salted them and filled them with rice.

  5. I put the mushrooms in a Teflon tray, sprinkled them with oil and put them in the oven until they became soft.

  6. I served it with natural tomatoes and plain low spinach and mini mushrooms from the jar.
