- 12 mushrooms
- 100 grams - mushrooms [pt. decor]
- 150gr rice with spinach
- 100 gr spinach
- 1 small onion
- 1 small red pepper
- 100 ml of olive oil
- 6 cherry tomatoes for decoration
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
PREPARATION FOR RECIPE MUSHROOMS FILLED WITH RICE - Fasting:
- in 2 tablespoons of oil fry for 1 minute, onion and pepper, cleaned, washed and cut into cubes.
- put 1 cup of water, salt and rice. It is added during boiling with water if necessary.
- I was not happy with the color of the dried spinach and I added washed spinach and cut into strips and pepper.
- I cleaned the mushrooms of the stalks, washed them, salted them and filled them with rice.
- I put the mushrooms in a Teflon tray, sprinkled them with oil and put them in the oven until they became soft.
- I served it with natural tomatoes and plain low spinach and mini mushrooms from the jar.
