I fried the pieces of meat, in the remaining oil I hardened the finely chopped onion and the tomatoes. Over them I boiled the meat with a little water, the spices, the wine and the capers. I added the crushed garlic and I put the food in the oven for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the pasta in a pot of boiling salted water for 8 minutes or according to the instructions on the package, until it softens, but the core is still hard. They are leaking.

Mix the capers, olives and basil in the sauce, season with salt and pepper.

Put the steaks in the pan over the sauce and heat, putting the sauce over the meat with a spoon.

Distribute the pasta in four plates and sprinkle with basil leaves to taste. Put the steaks and sauce over the pasta.

  5. Baking time varies from 25-40 min. Depending on the thickness of the meat. Towards the end, uncover the tray and let it brown in the grill mode in case you omitted the browning on the pan.

Capers

March and the first of the project was with German recipes and at Andie & # 8217s Veggies you can find them all. For the first month of the project, after much searching, I found this German recipe for meatballs in white caper sauce. You will also find it under the name of kochklopse, which is exactly what it means, boiled meatballs, aka hairpins. Traditionally, the recipe is made with anchovies or herring, but if neither of these two ingredients is used, it is only called Soßklopse, ie meatballs in sauce. Capers are a must, so don't skip the ingredient, especially since it makes a lot of sense in the sauce and without it, it simply wouldn't be the same.

I wanted to try this combination of meatballs with white sauce, although it sounds a little strange and I didn't know if I would like it. But the result was amazing, especially because I impressed my sister, which says a lot. The preparation is very light, fine and tasty. The secret is especially the beef soup in the sauce, which gives so much flavor to the dish. Nor should it be done separately. We get it by boiling meatballs. Great, isn't it? Nothing is wasted or thrown away. It even remains for other recipes. Did I make you curious? Hope!

ingredients

for hair

400 gr. ground beef
1 bun & # 8211 I bought a Kaiser roll with sesame (found in the supermarket)
1 white onion, medium
1/2 bunch of parsley
a nutmeg powder
salt
white pepper

50 g butter
30 g flour
500 ml beef broth (obtained by boiling meatballs)
4 tablespoons liquid cream
2 tablespoons capers

Preparation time: 40 minutes + 30 minutes while the meat is cold

lyme grass. We keep the bun in the water until it softens. Finely chop the onion and parsley. Mix the meat with them and with the bread squeezed and broken into pieces. Season with salt, white pepper and nutmeg powder. Let cool for at least 30 minutes. From the meat mixture we make two rolls, which we each divide into eight pieces. So we're going to have 16 hairs. Boil them in plenty of salted water for 12-15 minutes. We take them out on a plate, strain the soup and keep only 500 ml of it for the sauce.

S.O.S. In a saucepan, melt the butter and then add the flour, which we harden a little. Quench with hot soup and stir vigorously with a whisk. Add the cream, the salted and drained capers. We taste salt. The capers are very salty so I didn't put extra salt in the sauce, just a little white pepper. Add the meatballs and simmer for another 3-5 minutes. Serve hot.

These muffins are served with boiled potatoes or rice, although the latter is rarely chosen for this dish.


Grilled salmon with caper sauce

So much fuss with Valentine & # 8217s Day that I don't write anything about it except that it's like too much pink and too much red & # 8230 even in recipes :).

Anyway, the recipe below is ideal for this holiday.

Because I feel like stories and I don't have anyone with me :), I'm writing to you that I can't make Luci quit smoking or at least smoke less. (Yes, I'm a little jealous because I don't smoke anymore). What does it have to do with the recipe? Well, it has because I kept complaining that salmon is expensive and we can't afford it and then I said & # 8222Luci look, one day you don't smoke and we eat salmon & # 8221. As a result, he bought salmon and cigarettes and wine (and a toy for Adrian) so that everyone would be happy :).

So I looked for a recipe to like and I found this one, on Costachel's website, and I can write that it is grade 10.

  • 2 slices of salmon
  • 100g butter
  • juice from a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
  • 2-3 teaspoons of well drained capers
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Wipe the fish with a paper towel, season it with salt, then grease it with a little oil and fry it on the hot grill for 4-5 minutes on the right heat. I used a cast iron grill.

We take it out on a heated plate.

Meanwhile, make the sauce, heat the butter in a saucepan, then take the pan aside and add the lemon juice (stir continuously with a fork, I mixed with a spoon but you follow the recipe :)), salt, pepper, greens and capers.

Place the salmon slices on plates and pour the sauce.

I think it goes best with natural potatoes as Costachel suggested.

And of course a glass of white wine.
