Who doesn't like traditional pancakes with jam? Today I enjoyed a plate of pancakes, reminding me of my childhood days ... I am so easy to make and so good ....

  • 300 gr flour
  • 3 eggs
  • about 300 ml of milk
  • mineral water
  • a little salt
  • a bit of sugar
  • lemon peel
  • a little vanilla
  • fried oil
  • fruit jam

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Pancakes with jam:

- With a whisk, mix the flour with the eggs, gradually adding the cold milk. Add lemon peel, salt, sugar, mixing everything well. Sprinkle with mineral water to make a soft dough. I like thin pancakes.

- Leave it in the fridge for an hour

- In a Teflon pan, sprinkle a few drops of sunflower oil and when it's hot, add a polish of the composition. We turn to the other side and take them out on a plate. Repeat until the dough is finished.

- Grease each pancake with jam (I took apricots) and roll them.
