RECIPE PREPARATION Chiroşte aka dumplings:

-From the given ingredients a normal dough is made and the water is added little by little, depending on how you feel the dough in your hand.

-Cheese is mixed with beaten eggs and sugar.

Put a little flour on a clean board and spread a sheet.

We cut the sheet into squares. In the middle of each square we put a spoonful of filling and join two corners.

We will get a triangle and press well on the edges so that it does not come off.

Meanwhile, put a pot of boiling water with a little salt and a teaspoon of flour.

When the water boils, put the triangles and let it boil, stirring from time to time.

After removing from the pot, put a little sugar over it.

Good appetite!

Chiroşte aka dumplings - Recipes

The TV cake probably took its name because of its appearance - with a lighter sponge cake sheet between the two sheets of fresh cocoa dough.

According to Laura Laurențiu, although now the two names of the cake are assimilated to the same preparation, there would actually be some difference between the "Budapest" version and the "TV" version. Budapest cake has a refreshing lemon taste, while rum can be found in the version called "TV". One thing is for sure: No one has an "original" recipe, the housewives adjusting the taste and ingredients according to the family's preferences.
