RECIPE PREPARATION Chiroşte aka dumplings:
-From the given ingredients a normal dough is made and the water is added little by little, depending on how you feel the dough in your hand.
-Cheese is mixed with beaten eggs and sugar.
Put a little flour on a clean board and spread a sheet.
We cut the sheet into squares. In the middle of each square we put a spoonful of filling and join two corners.
We will get a triangle and press well on the edges so that it does not come off.
