I wanted to test the robot and I was thinking of trying a new carrot salad, although the Persian one is our favorite. The Moroccan one was too spicy for the little ones, so I stopped at the Turkish version.
- 3 carrots
- 100 gr creamy yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 clove of garlic or garlic powder
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Carrot salad (Turkish):
Grate the carrots. Through the robot I had grated carrots in less than 20 seconds.
Cut the dill into small pieces, as well as the garlic.
Mix the carrot with the yogurt, dill and garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste.
