RECIPE PREPARATION Assorted skewers:

  • cut the chicken breast and smoked salmon into 2 cm cubes

  • cut the bell pepper into cubes of the same size as the pieces of meat, cut the red onion in four and the zucchini slices in half

  • put chicken, fish and vegetables alternately on bamboo sticks (no need to soak the sticks in water)

  • grease the skewers on all sides with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with dried oregano

  • heat the press from Breville Panini Maker and place the skewers, lightly closing the lid, but without pressing

  • turn the skewers on all sides, browning evenly

  • at the end sprinkle sesame seeds and serve with a salad.

Around the pieces of cabanos (about 2 cm) roll the strips of chicken breast cut according to thickness and then wrap in thin slices of bacon.

Each roll obtained is passed through the skewer skewers, alternating with the pieces of red onion and red and green bell pepper. After we have formed the skewers, we season them with a mixture made from the above spices.

Their proportion being made according to everyone's taste. Grease with a little oil and leave them in the fridge for 60 minutes.
They can be fried on the grill or in the multifunctional oven until browned.

Serve with sauteed vegetables and a sour cream sauce.
We did not specify quantities because they are adapted to everyone's needs.

  • 600 g chicken breast
  • 1 medium eggplant
  • 2 new red onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 10-12 mushroom mushrooms

  • 150 ml skim milk

Preparation & # 8211 Chicken skewers

  • If we make them on the grill in the yard, we soak the sticks in cold water for 30 minutes. In this way, we protect them from the strong heat emitted by coal or wood. If we make them in the kitchen, we skip this step.
  • Cut the chicken breast into suitable pieces that we put in a ceramic bowl. We cover them, entirely, with milk and put them in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • After 1 hour, drain and move to a separate bowl. In the same bowl add the vegetables cut into pieces of the same size as the chicken pieces. Season them with dehydrated garlic, paprika, salt and pepper and mix well. Cover the bowl with cling film and put it in the fridge for another 1 hour.
  • Form the skewers, alternating the chicken pieces with the vegetable ones. Grease the chicken skewers with a little olive oil.
  • Fry them on the hot grill very very well, 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the meat is completely penetrated.
  • Serve the hot chicken skewers. They are very good!

Ingredients for 2 servings

Method of preparation

  1. Cut the chicken breast into medium-sized cubes, as for skewers.
  2. Put in a saucepan 1 teaspoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of chilli, coriander, cumin seeds, oregano, cinnamon, pepper and salt to taste and wrap the diced breast put in this mixture.
