I like this pudding so much that I want to recommend the recipe, it's super good!

  • 1 cup of rice
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 500 ml liquid cream
  • 500 ml of sweet milk
  • 2 slightly crushed cardamom pods
  • 1 vanilla pod cut in half
  • Orange peel

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


In a bowl mix all the ingredients, leave to mix for 20 minutes, then divide the composition into bowls and put in the oven until it gets a crust on top, serve hot (and cold is good) with fruit syrup on top;

Before putting the rice in the bowls, take out the vanilla and cardamom pods.

I put Tonka pods (it's small) and I didn't take them out, which is why the result came out with a stronger aroma.
