I really like pasta and I thought I would prepare this recipe that I recommend


  • 500 g minced turkey meat
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 glass turns white
  • salt
  • pepper
  • a little dried thyme
  • 1 cutie cannelloni
  • S.O.S
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 500 ml of milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Method of preparation

In a frying pan with oil, heat the finely chopped onion, add the meat and after it has gathered and become whitish, add the wine, let it boil slowly until it drops, then season, add the greens and let it cool.

During this time we prepare the sauce, in a bowl we put the butter to melt, we add the flour, we let it fry for a few minutes without burning, we add the milk little by little stirring continuously so that no lumps form, after it has thickened, seasoned, turned over half in the pan, put the pasta stuffed with meat, on top of the rest of the sauce and leave in the oven covered with aluminum foil for 20-30 minutes;

Serve immediately!
