- 4 tablespoons semolina
- 2 eggs
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken soup with semolina dumplings:
Wash the back and the chicken leg well.
Put cold water in the pot to boil with a pinch of salt.
Put the pieces of meat and leave until they foam. Lower them with a perforated spoon.
Put the cleaned and washed vegetables. Add the spices.
Boil on low heat for about 1 hour 30 minutes.
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper, then add the semolina in the rain, mixing well.
Remove the vegetables from the soup and add a tablespoon of the dumpling composition, letting it boil for a few more minutes.
