Knead the dough from flour, sugar, oil, salt, eggs and warm water mixed with yeast. Put them all in the bread machine and leave them to knead and leaven.

When the dough is leavened, take it out of the bread machine, cut it into pieces and shape it into a langos with your hand greased with oil or with a rolling pin, as it is easier for you, then bake it in very hot oil.

Bake the very small donuts that are placed on top (they look much better than simple and the dwarfs say that the small ones are better, ha ha)

When the langos is ready, take 2-3 tablespoons of sour cream, then grated cheese (as much as your heart will allow, but it's good with a lot of cheese or grated Telemea cheese) and put balls of langos dough, the tiny ones, on top.

Serve hot. They are wonderful.
