I really like this kind of salad, because they seem light and if I have a slice of toast next to it, then it's perfect. It can be prepared when you have guests, you can fill tomatoes, peppers with it, you have many alternatives.

  • 1 small boned chicken breast
  • 1 small jar with mushrooms (I used from Sun Food, because they have cans without additives, 100% natural)
  • 7 tablespoons boiled peas
  • 3 green marar twigs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 raw yolk
  • 1 boiled egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon mustard oil

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken and mushroom salad:

We put the chicken breast in a saucepan with boiling water, a little salt, pepper and dried parsley.

When it is well penetrated, drain it from the water, let it cool and then cut it into cubes.

We wash the mushrooms and boil them for 15 minutes. Drain them, let them cool and cut them into small pieces.

In a bowl, mix the chicken, mushrooms, peas and sprinkle green dill on top, finely chopped.

In a bowl, mix the raw yolk with the boiled sieve and mustard.

Put oil in a drizzle, mix continuously in one direction and make as much mayonnaise as needed.

We put mayonnaise over the salad, we mix it, and at the end we taste it with salt and pepper.

Because everyone knows how to prepare this dish, I think it is very easy and accessible for everyone.

Today I will present you the recipe for sauteed mushrooms, because they turned out super good and fragrant.

  • 500 g of fresh mushrooms, 50 ml of white wine, 2-3 cloves of garlic, salt, white pepper, ginger, oregano, basil, 1 tablespoon of butter (or oil - but they come out better with butter).

I put the butter in a pan and let it melt. I added the mushrooms and then the spices. I mixed it with a wooden spatula from time to time.

I added the garlic (cut) and the wine and left them on the fire for about 5-6 minutes.

I served the sautéed mushrooms next to the crispy chicken toppings and the fresh salad of vegetables and greens.

Method of preparation:

Put the meat and mushrooms in a larger bowl, then prepare the sauce: in a bowl mix with a pear-shaped yolk, mustard, juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, then add the oil and continue to mix until bind the sauce. Add sour cream or yogurt and sour with the rest of the lemon juice or vinegar.

Fry the remaining egg white in a non-stick pan until it thickens and chop it into thin strips. Add it to the meat and mushroom bowl. Chop thinly into 2-3 cucumbers and cut the rest in half lengthwise. Put the cucumber slices in the salad.

For the preparation you need the following ingredients:

Prepare ingredient: Chop the chicken into small cubes, slice the mushrooms, chop the dill and grate the celery. Put the corn, capers, butter and mayonnaise in plates and you have all the ingredients ready.

Preparation of chicken salad with celery and mushrooms:Put half the amount of butter in a pan and add the chicken to brown over medium heat. While the meat is browning, put the grated celery in a large bowl, add the capers, corn and mayonnaise and place the bowl in the fridge until you have finished cooking the meat. When the meat has turned golden brown, take it out in a strainer and let it cool.

Put the rest of the butter in the pan and add the chopped mushrooms to brown. Add a pinch of salt and pepper and let them brown over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then pour them into a strainer and let them cool.

After they have cooled well, pour the mushrooms and chicken into the bowl previously placed in the refrigerator. Mix well and add the chopped dill. Stir again and the salad is ready. It can be served immediately with homemade bread or toast.
