For the countertop:

RECIPE PREPARATION Yogurt pizza:

For the top: rub the egg with sugar and salt, add the oil, yogurt and flour with baking powder.

Homogenize, grease a 30 cm form with oil and put the top in it and level it.

We remove the seeds from the olives and slice them round.

Cut the muscle into thin slices and place them on the counter.

Place the olives and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Beat the egg with a little ketchup, take the form out of the oven and grease the pizza with the beaten egg.

Place the slices of melted cheese and bake again for 10 minutes.

Serve with ketchup.

The oven is preheated to 180 degrees Celsius. Put baking paper in the tray with a little olive oil or you can grease the tray with olive oil and sprinkle a little flour on the entire surface of the tray.

The ingredients of the countertop are mixed together until it becomes a homogeneous dough, if the dough requires more yogurt, add 1-2 tablespoons. The dough will become very easy to spread and is slightly elastic, which you will spread in the tray. The ingredients for the filling are at your choice. I greased the top with the help of a tomato paste brush (made in a blender and drained of juice through a strainer), the 4 kinds of cheeses (so I found it ready made grated and mixed commercially ), slices of salami, slices of olives from our own production, canned mushrooms (I drained them from the water and rinsed them in water before), at the end I threw a rain of cheese, oregano and pepper.

I put it in the oven for 25 minutes. It all depends on the oven you have.

The top becomes very fluffy from the 4 ingredients, without using yeast.

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared fluffy Pancakes WITH GREEK YOGHURT. They are prepared quickly, and at the end we receive some extraordinarily delicious, fluffy and airy pancakes. You can serve them with cream, honey, jam, jam or whatever you want. I hope you like this recipe and prepare it with pleasure. I wish you to continue to have a tasty day and good appetite!

Ingredient:

  • 350 gr. - 10% Greek yogurt
  • 100 gr. - flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon & # 8211 vanilla essence
  • 2 teaspoons - baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons - sunflower oil

Method of preparation:

  1. Put the Greek yogurt in a bowl, break the eggs on top, pour the vanilla essence, the oil and mix with a whisk.
  2. Then add the flour and baking powder and mix a little more until you have no lumps.
  3. Heat a frying pan over low heat, grease it with a little oil and form pancakes of the desired size. Fry them on one side for 4-5 minutes and on the other side for a minute or two.
  4. Serve the pancakes with honey, jam, fruit, berries or nuts. Good appetite!

  1. More than easy to do, I would say that these waffles are prepared in a child's play. Before making the dough, you can already heat the waffle maker in the highest position (mine has 5 positions).
