Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.

Tips & Warnings If you don't have fresh chicken soup, you can add a cube of concentrated soup like "Galina Blanca" or "MAGGI" to half a liter of water. If you do not use wine in food, replace it with chicken broth.

  • For a more intense flavor you can add before letting the whole composition drop over low heat, a little crushed ginger.
  • Pineapple in this preparation will give special note. Together with the brown sugar, it will transform this preparation into a completely new and original one.
  • The brown sugar will give a caramel note to the whole dish, dressing it in a pleasant copper color.
  • The soy sauce has a slightly salty taste, combining perfectly with the rest of the ingredients.
