For the beginning, we clean the apples and grate them, then we put them in a pot and heat them with sugar, butter, cinnamon and cloves for 15 minutes on the right heat.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180 °.

When it cools well, cut it and place it on a plate, powder it with sugar on top.
