Place a cylinder / filling ball in each slot and press lightly to set in the middle of the dough. Bake the muffins as soon as you have mixed the dough. Don't forget to put water in the empty places of the muffin tray before putting it in the oven so the muffins will bake evenly.

Place in the preheated oven, on the middle shelf, for about 15-25 minutes, on low heat or until cooked through and pass the toothpick test. Do not leave them too long in the oven because they will brown and dry too much.

Remove the pan from the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes, then transfer the muffins to a grill and let it cool.

125gr butter

Method of preparation
Separate the eggs, beat the egg whites with the sugar until it becomes a meringue.
Add the yolks, orange juice and peel, beat with the mixer and then add the melted butter and milk. Mix the baking powder and flour and sift them over the composition. Mix with a whisk until all the flour is incorporated.

We put the obtained composition with the help of a spoon in a special tray lined with baking papers. Bake in the oven at medium temperature.

Recipe for orange and almond muffins
