First, dissolve the yeast in warm milk with sugar and leave it for 10-15 minutes.

In a bowl, flour, salt, egg and yeast knead until you get an elastic dough. Sift some flour on the work table and spread the dough and grease it on each side several times.

Place in the pan and bake for 15 minutes.
