It is a very easy cake recipe to make without baking because we use champagne biscuits.
For a cream with a fine and delicious taste, I recommend using natural cream, the one obtained from cream and not imitations in envelopes or vegetable cream.
For this cake, so that I could easily remove it, without disturbing the cookies in their place, I used a metal form with a removable ring, like this one here. My shape was 26 cm in diameter.

It all started with Sondey Neo Biscuits - which you can find in Lidl stores from all over the country and they have the identical taste of the famous black biscuits with milk cream: :) It's just that they are much more affordable, of course! We use them today in our recipe for Dessert by the glass - Dessert without baking and I swear on my goose hat that they did an excellent job, they are super good and crunchy!

Therefore, we keep it in the fridge from the purchase, and 15 minutes before use, we put it in the freezer. I assure you that following these tips, sweet cream will not be cut and you will have a "whipped cream" every time!
