  • 3 eggs, 100 g of natural yogurt, 200 ml of sunflower oil
  • 200 ml milk, 3 apples, 200 ml sweet cream
  • 250 gr mascarpone, 100 gr milk chocolate

Method of preparation:

Sift the flour with the baking powder in a bowl. Add sugar and cocoa. Mix the dry ingredients well, then add eggs, yogurt, milk and sunflower oil. Mix well to incorporate all the ingredients.

Peel the apples, cut them into cubes and add them to the previously prepared dough. Pour the dough into a square tray greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.

Add a teaspoon of mascarpone from place to place on the dough in the pan. Put the tray in the preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake the dough for about 40 minutes.

After the top is baked, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool. Then heat the sweet cream and pour it over the milk chocolate broken into pieces. Mix well to melt the chocolate.

The obtained glaze is poured over the cold countertop. Put the cake in the fridge for a few hours. It would be good for the cake to stay in the fridge for a whole night before being served. Cut the cake into slices and serve it with your loved ones. Good appetite and increase cooking!

420 g Petit Beurre RoStar biscuits (64 pcs.)

Method of preparation :

We clean the apples, grate them on a large grater, sprinkle them with lemon juice, add the sugar and put them on the fire to harden them. Remove from the heat, add the ground cinnamon and mix. Let the apples cool, then put them in the fridge. Over them add the mascarpone and mix a little for homogenization. The cream obtained is divided into 3.

Sprinkle the tray (20 & # 21530 cm) with a little cold water and cover it with cling film. Place 16 petit Beurre biscuits, 1/3 remaining 16 biscuits-1/3 cream-16 biscuits-1/3 cream and 16 more biscuits. We put the tray in the fridge from evening to morning.

Separately, mix the eggs well with the salt, then add the milk and mix again. Start thickening the composition, gradually adding the flour together with the baking powder. Once incorporated, add the mixed apples over the dough and mix well until smooth. In a Teflon pan, lightly oiled (take the excess oil with a napkin), start frying the pancakes. I made them with a diameter of about 7 cm, because I mounted them in the pastry circles.

Mix the mascarpone cheese with the liquid cream. Add the powdered sugar and mix well until dissolved and a creamy texture. Assemble the pancakes like a cake and decorate as you like.

Apple and blueberry pudding with mascarpone

This pudding is by far one of the most fragrant and fine puddings I have ever made for Matei.
Not that I want to brag, but it really came out, on the word of the mother of a gourmet baby.

1 large apple
some blueberries

1 tablespoon mascarpone top
1 vanilla powder or cinnamon

Wash the apple, peel it and cut it into small cubes.

The blueberries are washed and if they are too big, they are cut in half.

Beat the egg well with a fork, add the milk and mascarpone, then mix well and perfume everything with vanilla or cinnamon.

In a heat-resistant bowl, you will first put apple cubes, then sprinkle blueberries and pour the mixture of egg, milk and mascarpone on top. The fruit must be completely covered. Eventually you can put a fork or the tail of a teaspoon in the bowl and make sure that the liquid has penetrated to the base of the bowl.

Bake for 30 minutes.

As a tip, let it cool well before eating, it is much better at room temperature.

From these quantities comes a single pudding just like the one in the picture. If you want more portions, double the quantities, except for the egg. One egg is used for every two puddings.

Apple and mascarpone tarts

A dessert for cold days, which combines the freshness of the fruit with a creamy mixture of mascarpone and sour cream.

Prepare the dough by kneading the unit with your fingers in the flour mixed with the powdered sugar. When the mixture starts to be granular add the 3 teaspoons of cold water and stir until the dough can be gathered in a ball. Knead it a little on a surface lined with flour.

Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease with butter 4 tart shapes with a diameter of 11cm. Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and spread them with the rolling pin. Place each sheet of dough in the shape and cut off the excess edges. Prick them with a fork and bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before filling.

Prepare the tart filling and put on medium heat, in a large pan, the maple syrup and butter. Let them boil and then add the apple slices in a single layer. Cook for 5 minutes on each side until soft. Turn off the heat and set aside to cool.

Mix the mascarpone with the sour cream and divide evenly into the 4 ripe tarts earlier. Put over each syrup and apple slices. Sprinkle with nutmeg before serving.
