Boil the vegetables (if you have not already cooked them in the soup) and, separately, boil the whole potatoes in their skins. Boil the eggs for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the diced cucumbers.

For the mayonnaise, mix all the yolks and start pouring the oil little by little, until the mayonnaise increases in volume. Finally, add the lemon juice. You can mix with a mixer, a vertical blender or a wooden spoon.

After the vegetables have cooled, cut them into cubes and put them in a bowl, taking care to cover the potatoes, because otherwise they will change color.

Peel the eggs and cut them into slices. Mix all the vegetables, including the peas. Season with salt and pepper and start to add the mayonnaise, stirring carefully. At the end, add the mustard and egg slices and season with salt and pepper if needed.

Leave in the fridge for half an hour for the flavors to combine.

Salatele rusești au devenit foarte populare la noi în ultimii ani. Rețeta pe care v-o prezentăm în acest articol este o variantă vegetală a salatei Oliver, concepută în Moscova în secolul al 19-lea, de Lucien Olivier.

Rețeta originală conține legume, carne fiartă, maioneză, mazăre, ou fiert și castraveți murați. În versiunile care au apărut ulterior regăsim și alte ingrediente, precum șuncă presată, parizer sau crenvuști (în loc de carne), homar sau ciuperci.

Dacă vă plac salatele de legume, merită să încercați și această variantă, fără carne și cu maioneză vegetală.

Salată a la russe de post – rețetă

• 100 g de morcov fiert
• 100 g of boiled peas

Mixați totul câteva minute, până obțineți o compoziție fină, ca o pastă. Adăugați-o peste legumele din bol și amestecați până la omogenizare.

Pentru a oferi salatei un aspect mai elegant, puneți-o într-un inel culinar (formă detașabilă) sau într-un bol/vas de sticlă.

Acoperiți-o cu maioneză și decorați cu boabe de porumb și de mazăre, cu măsline și frunzulițe de pătrunjel proaspăt.

Introduceți vasul în frigider și lăsați salata să stea cel puțin jumătate de oră.

Dacă ați folosit un o tavă cu pereții detașabili, desfaceți inelul când sunteți gata să serviți salata și așezați-o pe un platou rotund.

Dacă nu aveți caju, se poate prepara o maioneză vegetală din lapte de soia (rețeta aici ).

Stiu ca am lipsit mult timp,dar mi-am luat si eu o mini vacanta si am plecat la bunici, si apoi am mai fost si la munca si am avut si niste probleme cu netul,dar se pare k acum s-a rezolvat totul.
Asa ca astazi o sa va prezint reteta de turte a bunicii mele,pe care o savurez de fiecare data cand ma duc la dansa,cu cea mai mare placere.Eu sunt intotdeauna prima care gusta din ele si-mi plac atat de mult incat mananc una goala,fierbinte si apoi inca una alaturi de lapte batut si poate cine stie,daca mai intra,o mananc si pe a 3,tot eu :)

Cerni intr-un castron multa faina ,cam un kg,presari putina sare , o lingura cu bicarbonat de sodiu si amesteci bine.Apoi incepi sa framanti turnand cu o cana de 0.5,lapte batut sau iaurt de casa. Aluatul trebuie sa iasa cam ca cel de paine,elastic si ferm.

Se lasa 15 minute sa se odihneasca,apoi se rup bucati de aluat de marimea unui mar care se intind pe planseta infainata,

in forma rotunda,astfel incat sa incapa intr-o tigaie teflonata.

Se coc pe aragaz intr-o tigaie neunsa,la foc mediu sau pe plita de afara,daca aveti una.

Se coc pe o parte, se intorc si pe cealalta parte.
Sunt delicioase calde,sunt bune si reci si au un miros specific,care mie una imi seamana a miros de tara si copilarie.

Si niste imagini cu mama si buni,una cu bunicu si una cu surioara mea(pentru ca imi iubesc enorm familia. )

Cisteina, glutationul şi sulfatul de sodiu sunt alte E-uri care se găsesc în alimentul de bază al românilor. "Sulfatul de sodiu - E 514 - afectează vezica biliară, lactatul de calciu - E 327 - prezintă printre efecte adverse stări de hipercalcemie şi insuficienţă renală, acidul fumaric - E 297, acidul acetic - E 260 şi cancerigenul acid citric E 330. În total, într-o pâine regăsim până la 34 de E -uri", mai spune medicul Mencinicopschi.

Nutriţioniştii spun că pe piaţa românească nu există vreun sortiment de pâine care să nu conţină E-uri, astfel că pentru a preveni intoxicarea organismul cu aditivi alimentari, specialiştii ne recomandă să citim cu atenţie eticheta.

"Calitatea şi tradiţionalitatea pâinii depind şi de tehnologia de fabricaţie. Ca urmare a deprecierii calităţilor de panificaţie ale grâului, în ultima vreme se utilizează, pentru fabricarea pâinii, din ce în ce mai mult amelioratori de panificaţie, fapt ce ne afectează sănătatea", indică prof. dr. Mencinicopschi.

Ingrediente pentru salata a la russe de post

  • -200 g telina radacina
  • -200 g mazare congelata
  • -250 g castraveti murati
  • -salt pepper
  • -1 lingura mustar
  • -pepper
  • -250 g maioneza din avocado

Cum se face salata a la russe?

In mod normal salata a la russe nu prevede castraveti murati, dar mie imi place mai mult asa, acrisoara.

Cartofii, morcovul si telina se pun la fiert in apa cu sare si un varf de ardei iute. Fierte in felul acesta (cartofii, daca sunt bine spalati,pot fi lasati in coaja) vor avea un gust mult mai bun.

Dupa ce sunt bine fierte, se lasa la racit, ideal este pana a doua zi, pentru ca altfel, cartofii se vor sfarama si salata va avea un aspect nu tocmai placut.

Se taie legumele cubulete potrivite, nu exagerat de mici, dar nici mari (am vazut si totul dat prin masina de tocat, prefer sa nu comentez, dar nu era de mancat).

Se adauga maioneza, mazarea fiarta separat in apa cu sare, castravetii taiati cubulete, piper si sare dupa gust. Se amesteca totul si se da la rece.

Se poate aseza pe platou, decorata cu frunze de patrunjel sau felii de avocado, morcov, telina, castravete murat, masline.

Se pot umple cojile de la avocado (se tin in apa cu otet sau zeama de lamaie dupa golire, sa nu se oxideze) sau se umplu diverse forme si cosulete din legume, foietaj, aluat dospit sau fraged etc .

Sunt multe modalitati in care poate fi servita aceasta salata si cu siguranta este delicioasa!

Rețeta zilei: Mușchi de vită cu salată a la russe în aspic

Multă mule are emoții, în ceea ce privește prepararea cărnii de vită, vă asigurăm, însă, căoricine poate obține o friptură perfecta de mușchi de vită, respectând cu strictețe indicațiile rețetei de mai jos.

600 g mușcji de vită, 100 g ceapă, 100 g morcovi, 500 g salată a la ruse, 50 ml ulei, 150 g aspic, și 175 g maioneză.

Mușchiul de vită se curăță de pielițe, apoi se sărează. Morcovii și ceapa se taie felii. Gogoșarii și castraveții ,murați se taie în felii subțiri pentru decor. Aspicul se topește în baie de apă fierbinte. Untul se alifiază. Salata a la russe se prepară folosind rețeta respectivă.

Mușchiul de vită se așază într-o tavă unsă cu 50 ml, se adaugă apă, ceapă, morcovi și se introduce la cuptor. Se răcește și se porționează în felii subțiri. Peste feliile de mușchi se realizează un decor de gogoșari, castraveți și filigran de unt. Se înnapează cu aspic și se introduce la frigider.

Preparatul se servește rece, cu salată a la russe și decor din frunze de salată verde.
