  • 1 bowl of baked walnut kernels in the oven and then ground,
  • 200 g white cake flour,
  • brown sugar 100 g,
  • 1 cube of margarine with rum / butter flavor,
  • 1 cinnamon powder,
  • 1 ginger powder,
  • 1 yolk,
  • 50 ml milk.
  • For decoration: Kinder chocolates and seedless cocktail cherries.

RECIPE PREPARATION Teddy bear paws - walnut cookies:

Heat the butter / margarine a little with the milk. Allow to melt and then cool slightly. We make a mixture of baked and ground walnut with flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger. We add the milk in the middle with melted and cooled margarine. We mix using first the spoon, then when the dough starts to form we put the flour on the work table and knead the dough crumbly. We make it heavier and then we put the yolk and knead again with flour. Then we form bigger balls that are pushed with the thumb in the middle or directly with the chocolate candy and then 3 other small balls that stick to the first ball , modeling them as teddy bear paws. Bake them in the baking paper tray in the preheated oven. For the paw pillow you can use either cherries put in the paws from the beginning before putting them in the oven, or just bake them with the hole made and when they have cooled, put the kinder chocolate candy in the hole.
