Remove the fish from the freezer a few hours before.

Make a brine from the oil and the spices for the fish and grease the salmon with it. Cut the lemon into slices and put it on top of the salmon slices. Let it cool for 30 minutes.

Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into slices. Boil them in salted water for 15 minutes. Take them out in a sieve and let them drain.

In a heat-resistant dish put the lemon slices first, then the salmon and pour over the brine in which the fish was. Then put the potatoes and carrots, salt and pepper, put a little vegetable, pour the wine, sour cream and tomatoes cut in half, sprinkle a little parsley and Italian greens. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove and sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake for another 30 minutes or so, until nicely browned on top.

Serve with a potato stew.
