Heat the oil and add the rabbit pieces, fry them on both sides over medium heat.

Meanwhile, clean the vegetables and chop them finely.

Remove the meat in a bowl and cover with a lid.

We serve them with cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and a drop of olive oil added to the plate.
