- 400 gr white flour
- 1 baking powder
- 250 gr margarine Rama with Butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 200 gr salted cheese
- 3-4 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 egg for greased
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Sesame pretzels:
The flour is mixed with baking powder and then with margarine. We add sour cream and grated cheese. The dough thus obtained is wrapped in foil and left to cool for 2-3 hours.
To make the pretzels, spread a 0.5 mm sheet, which we will then cut into a pretzel shape.
Place the pretzels in a tray greased with a little oil, then grease them with the beaten egg brush over which we will sprinkle the sesame seeds. Bake for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
They are very tasty and tender.
