Light pasta without flour and without dough !!
- 400 gr cow's cheese
- 2 eggs
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
PASTE (LIGHT) RECIPE PREPARATION:
Pass the cheese with a fork, put the sweetener, eggs and mix well.
Place in muffin tins on a baking sheet in the pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and remove from the molds.

The Light One is the second office project sold by River Development in Bucharest, after the sale of the Riverplace complex - within the Sema Parc project, to another Austrian group, Europolis (now CA Immo), more than a decade ago, intermediated transaction at the time by Tim Wilkinon and the capital markets team of DTZ Echinox (current Cushman & Wakefield Echinox).
