    Serves: 8 | Prep time: 3 mins | Cook time: 6 mins | Total time: 9 mins

    Ingredients

    • 1 Can Large Pillsbury Biscuits
    • 1/2 Cup Sugar
    • 1/2 Tablespoon Cinnamon
    • 5 Tablespoons Butter
    1. Preheat air fryer to 330 degrees. To do this, simply turn your air fryer on at 330 degrees and let it run for about 3-5 minutes.
    2. In a medium bowl, mix together the cinnamon and sugar. Set aside.
    3. Open the can of biscuits and cut the center out of each one. (I use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter as my doughnut cutter is too small.)
    4. Place the larger, outside portion in your air fryer.
    5. Run for 4-7 minutes at 330 degrees. You may need to adjust this slightly depending on your particular air fryer model. After making this recipe in 3 different air fryers, I’ve learned it can take anywhere from 4-7 minutes to fully cook the doughnuts. The first time you make the recipe, you’ll need to be sure to check to make sure they are fully cooked in the middle.
    6. As the doughnuts are cooking, melt the butter.
    7. Using a silicone pastry brush, coat the doughnuts with melted butter. Then lay in the bowl of cinnamon-sugar mixture and use a spoon to coat the top too.
    8. Gently shake off excess cinnamon sugar.
    9. Serve doughnuts hot.
    10. ***When you air fry the “holes”, set your timer for just 2-4 minutes and top those with the butter and cinnamon/sugar too.

    Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour , (I use a gluten-free baking blend)
    • 1/2 cup vegan sugar , (or sweetener of choice, to taste)
    • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
    • 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Wet Ingredients

    • 1/4 cup non-dairy milk
    • 1/4 cup aquafaba, (the liquid from a can of chickpeas)
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/4 cup of any one or a combination of the following:
    • chopped walnuts, hazelnuts, pecans, mini vegan chocolate chips, shredded coconut
    1. Mix the dry ingredients together in one bowl. Then mix the wet ingredients in a large measuring cup. Add the wet to the dry and mix well.
    2. Add in the mix-in(s) of your choice and mix again.
    3. Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees (or as close as your air fryer gets). Either spray some oil on a 5-inch cake or pie round pan (or a loaf pan that fits in your air fryer), or line it with parchment paper to keep it completely oil-free.
    4. Place the pan in the fryer basket. Cook for 20 minutes. If the middle is not well set or a knife doesn’t come out clean when stuck in the middle cook for 5 minutes more and repeat as needed. The time may vary depending on the size pan and your particular air fryer.

    Ingredients

    • 3 Banana (halved)
    • 1/2 cup Corn starch
    • 1 Egg (beaten)
    • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
    • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
    1. Add oil into a medium pan on medium heat.
    2. Add bread crumbs, stir the bread crumbs until golden brown. Remove it from the pan into a medium bowl.
    3. Dip the bananas into corn starch one at a time, followed by the egg mixture, and then coat with bread crumbs.
    4. Set the coated bananas aside.
    5. Preheat air fryer to 360°F for 5 minutes
    6. Lightly oil the air fryer basket.
    7. Place and arrange the coated bananas in the basket.
    8. Cook for 5 minutes. Shake the basket. Cook for another 2 minutes or until the exterior is golden brown.

    6. Air Fryer Churros

    Serves: 1 | Prep time: 30 mins | Cook time: 15 mins | Total time: 45 mins

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup all purpose flour
    • 3 large eggs
    • 2 cups granulated sugar
    • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

    Chocolate Ganache:

    Instructions

    1. Place water, 1/2 cup butter (sliced into tablespoons), and salt in a large saucepan. Heat over medium heat until butter is melted and stir occasionally until mixture boils.
    2. Turn off the heat and stir in the flour. A thick paste will form.
    3. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition (work fast to avoid cooking the eggs). It’ll seem like the eggs don’t want to mix in but they will.
    4. Place the churro batter in a large pastry bag fitted with a star or 1M tip.
    5. Pipe churros in desired size and shapes onto air fryer basket. (This recipe makes approximately 60 3-inch long churros or 25 7-inch long churros. You may need to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
    6. Spray the churros with nonstick cooking spray. This will help them brown.
    7. Preheat the air fryer for about 10 minutes to 375°F. Air fry them until golden brown, depending on size this will take about 10 minutes depending on your air fryer. Watch the first batch to make sure they don’t burn and so you’ll know how long they take to cook.
    8. Stir together sugar and cinnamon while the churros are frying. Toss hot churros in the cinnamon sugar to coat. Serve right after frying for best taste.

    To Make Chocolate Ganache:

    1. Place 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream and 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe cup or bowl. Heat for 1 minute, then whisk until smooth.

    7. Air Fryer French Toast Sticks

    Serves: 4 | Prep time: 5 mins | Cook time: 10 mins | Total time: 15 mins

    Ingredients

    • 2 large eggs
    • 2 tbsp. milk
    • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    • 4 slices Texas toast bread cut into 1-inch thick strips
    • 2 cups crushed Frosted Flakes
    • 1 cup Panko crumbs
    • Maple syrup for serving
    1. In a large bowl, whisk together, eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.
    2. Cut your Texas toast into 1-inch thick strips
    3. In a small bowl combine the panko crumbs and frosted flakes
    4. Take one at a time, dip bread strips into the egg mixture, then dip into the crushed panko frosted Flakes mixture, pressing to coat.
    5. Place each stick laying flat in a single layer in a large ziploc bag.
    6. Place in your freezer.

    Serves: 14 | Prep time: 15 mins | Cook time: 10 mins | Total time: 25 mins

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup frozen blueberries
    • 1 cup cassava flour, or your favorite gluten-free flour
    • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
    • ½ teaspoon salt
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    • ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
    • 1 egg (use a flax egg to make this recipe vegan)
    • ¼ cup ghee, melted (use coconut oil to make this recipe vegan)
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
    1. Spray a silicone muffin pan with non-stick cooking oil and set aside.
    2. Combine the frozen blueberries, cassava flour, coconut sugar, salt, and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
    3. Next, combine the applesauce, egg, ghee, vanilla extract, and unsweetened almond milk in a small mixing bowl and stir to combine.
    4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir to combine.

    Serves: 2 | Prep time: 15 mins | Cook time: 6 mins | Total time: 21 mins

    Ingredients

    • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese room temperature
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup sugar plus 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon zest
    • 6 8-inch soft flour tortillas
    • 1 cup plus 3/4 cup sliced strawberries
    • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
    • Cooking spray
    • Whipped cream and mint sprigs to garnish optional
    1. Beat cream cheese with sour cream, 1 tablespoon sugar, vanilla extract and lemon zest with paddle mixer attachment, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
    2. Fold in 3/4 cup of sliced strawberries.
    3. Warm tortillas in a toaster oven or microwave for about 30 – 45 seconds to make them more pliable and easier to fold.
    4. Divide the strawberry cheesecake mixture evenly between the tortillas and spread onto the lower third of each tortilla.
    5. Fold the two sides of each tortilla toward the center and then roll the tortilla up like a burrito and secure it with a toothpick.
    6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
    7. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup sugar with the cinnamon in a shallow bowl, set aside.
    8. Set your air fryer to 400 degrees F.
    9. Place the strawberry cheesecake chimichangas in the basket.
    10. Spray the chimichangas with some cooking spray.
    11. Set the timer for 6 minutes and cook.
    12. Remove the strawberry cheesecake chimichangas from the basket and roll them in cinnamon sugar mixture.
    13. Remove all toothpicks from the chimichangas.
    14. Top each Strawberry Cheesecake Chimichanga with sliced strawberries whipped cream and mint sprig serve immediately.
