I have had the recipe for a long time taken from Ioana magazine.


  • 4 organic chicken legs :)
  • 2 fat weeds (red and green)
  • 200 ml of red wine
  • 250 g pitted black olives
  • 1 can with tomatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 small onions
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 ml chicken soup from where the legs were boiled
  • olive oil

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

Method of preparation:

The chicken legs washed and grilled a little on the flame from the stove to remove the meatballs, we put them to boil until the meat is almost cooked. Towards the end of this cooking process we add salt.

Heat the oven.

We prepare a mixture of olive oil, basil, lemon juice, paprika and curry.

Place the thighs (I cut them in half) in a tray and pour the mixture over them. Bake for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the peppers, cut them into cubes, peel the onion and garlic and cut them into cubes.

We pass the olives through a stream of cold water and then drain them.

Remove the pan from the oven and add the chicken soup, olives, peppers, onions, diced tomatoes and garlic.

Season and leave in the oven for another 20-25 minutes.

We pour the wine and in another 15 minutes it is ready.

The thighs will have an exceptional taste at the end and the meat will break into strips.

Serve the food garnished with chopped parsley with a glass of red wine!

Healthy recipes

-8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
-1 cane mayonnaise
-1 large onion, finely chopped (I used 1 leg. Green onion)
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon mustard powder (or regular)
-1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 tablespoon chopped dill
-8 slices of bread

Tuscan-style lamb testicles chebabi

Blanch the testicles, placing them in a pan with cold salted water that you bring to the boil, then immediately set it aside from the heat. Drain the testicles and refresh them with cold water. Dab them with a towel or kitchen paper, then cut them into two or three pieces.

Prepare the poultry livers, which you cut into two or four equal parts.

Put the testicles in a bowl with half the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Return them to the marinade. Put the poultry liver in another plate with the rest of the oil, the thyme leaves and the pepper. Do not add salt as it removes blood from the liver. Return them as well. Leave the dishes to marinate for an hour in a cool place.

Remove the testicles and livers from their marinades and place them on the skewers, separating them with sage leaves.

Fry the skewers for 6 minutes on hot coals, but not too hot. Turn the skewers from time to time to prevent the meats from becoming elastic and strong. Serve as soon as they are ready.

Make a horizontal notch in each chicken breast.

Mix mozzarella and parmesan with pesto sauce and 3 teaspoons of olive oil. With this mixture then fill the notches made & icircn chicken breasts sprinkle with salt and pepper.

The slices of ham are cut in two and wrapped in two pieces of ham, each chicken breast, completely covering the notch.

Place the chicken breasts in a tray and pour over the remaining olive oil. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

Tuscan style chicken steak from: hot peppers, chicken breast, lemon, lemon juice, green garlic, green onions, parsley, brown beer, water, oil, salt and pepper.


  • 1-2 hot red or small green peppers
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2-3 suitable lemons
  • juice from a lemon
  • 2 bunches of green garlic
  • 1 link green onion
  • 1 link parsley
  • 100 ml of its brown
  • 200 ml water
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Method of preparation:

Wash the chicken breasts, drain them well and grow each piece in three. Peel and wash the white and green onions, parsley, green garlic, hot peppers and capsicum. Wash the lemons and cut them into thin slices. Finely chop the onion and lust, parsley and hot pepper. Cut julien white onion.

Place the chicken pieces in a heat-resistant dish, pour the water, oil and add the lemon and onion slices among the chicken pieces. Sprinkle the chopped greens and hot peppers, salt and pepper to taste, and put the steak in the oven for about 40 minutes.
