- 8 eggs

- 300 gr mure
- 1 baking powder
- rum essence

RECIPE PREPARATION Blackberry cake:
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the composition becomes creamy. Add the oil and rum then incorporate the flour and baking powder. Add the cleaned and washed blackberries.
Pour the composition into a cake pan lined with baking paper.
Bake until lightly browned. Let it cool then take the cake out of the molds and slice it.
