RECIPE PREPARATION Mango cake:

In a bowl mix the cheese with yogurt and sugar; in another bowl we put the rum and the juice from 1 mango; on a plate we put the biscuits soaked in this juice, on top of the cream cheese, thin slices of mango, then again the biscuits, cheese and fruit until everything is finished; the last layer being cream, garnish with large slices of mango and let cool until serving.

Pour the mixture evenly over the cooled crust and bake for 25-30 minutes. It can be removed after the middle of the composition has hardened. Remove and leave for 1 hour to cool completely, then cover and refrigerate.

Prepare the whipped cream topping before serving. Mix all the ingredients with the kitchen mixer until the composition begins to form peaks. Distribute evenly over the cake. Sprinkle with baked coconut flakes.
