The nettles are cleaned and washed. Scald for a few minutes, remove in a strainer, then chop finely. Water is not thrown away.

Method of preparation:

Clean the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in butter until all the water evaporates from them. Season with a little salt and Provencal herbs. Then add the diced red pepper. 2. Rice with pineapple

Ingredient:

- 1 cup of Brown rice
- 30g of fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 3 diced tomatoes (or a box of diced tomatoes)
- 100g chicken breast
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 2-3 tablespoons of tomato puree
- 1 tablespoon turmeric / turmeric
- 1 tablespoon of dried parsley
- & frac12 teaspoon of hot paprika
- 1 teaspoon of honey

Method of preparation:

Cook the brown rice over low heat according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, then place it in a bowl. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it into small cubes. Chop the red pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a pan, then add the chicken, onion and paprika.
After a few minutes, add the sliced ​​pineapple and tomatoes to the pan.

Ingredient:

- 4 tablespoons boiled brown rice
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes
- 100ml warm rice milk
- 1 tablespoon of fried almond flakes
- 1 m & acircnă of raspberries
- 1 m & acircnă of blueberries
- 2 mint leaves (for decoration)

Method of preparation:

Heat the milk in a small saucepan.
Combine the cooked rice (according to the instructions on the package) with the coconut flakes and pour the warm milk over it.
Wait about 5-10 minutes for the rice to absorb the warm milk.
Place the rinsed and dried fruit on the rice, then sprinkle with fried almond flakes.
Decorate your breakfast with fresh mint leaves.

If the rice is not sweet enough for you, you can add a teaspoon of honey or xylitol.

4. Dessert with rice

Ingredient:

- About 60g of brown rice
- 2 teaspoons of mascarpone cheese
- 2 handfuls of American blueberries
- 2 squares of dark chocolate
- A cardamom v & acircrf
- 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar
"A cinnamon stick."

Method of preparation:

Boil the rice & icircn water with cinnamon and cardamom.
Mix the cooked rice with 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar and mascarpone cheese.
Gently mix the rice with the blueberries.
Put the prepared dessert & icircn 2 small cups.

Ingredient:

- 500 g of chicken muscle

Method of preparation:

Nettles with rice & # 8211 the best food of spring

I am very glad that the first nettles appeared on the stalls and we have already had a craving for them. My story about nettles is not really a love story at first sight. I haven't loved them in a long time. I didn't even want to hear about them, eat them or cook them! How can I sit and pee for an hour, sting my fingers 3 days after that and pick myself up with a handful of stew?

And that's how I refused food goodness for years. And now, after I started to love them, I don't even know when and how, here's how I look forward to them and how dearly I clean and wash them and I find them so beautiful and delicate to take pictures! Clearly, I fell in love! I think you either love nettles or hate them, I don't really see the middle ground. I don't know if that's the case when it comes to nettles.
