Put flour at room temperature in a bowl, make a nest in it, put sugar, salt, yeast and a glass of warm water. Mix well, make a mayo and let it grow. Then knead the dough with warm water, so that a more virtuous dough results. Knead well, well (until the hands remain clean of the dough).
