Then squeeze the dough cut at the ends to narrow it slightly. Thus we form the donuts in the form of flowers.Pour a lot of sunflower oil into a pan. Put the pan on the stove. When the oil heats up, put the donuts in the pan and fry them well on both sides.

The composition is poured into the ice tray, filling the cavities. Then place the tray in the freezer until the violet mousse freezes and can be removed without deforming.

Preparation of white chocolate mousse

Gelatin is hydrated in 20 ml of cold milk. The rest of the milk is heated and poured into a thin thread over the yolks, stirring quickly. Add melted white chocolate, then gelatin (liquefied in the microwave or bain-marie). At the end, add the lightly beaten whipped cream with powdered sugar. With this composition, the cavities of the cane shape are filled about 1/3. Place a violet mousse insert in the middle of each cavity.
