- 500g minced pork
- 500g minced beef
- 3g baking soda (Serbian spices)
- a little warm water
Preparation time: over 120 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Tradicijonalna Srpska pljescavica (Serbian Plescavita):
Mix the pork with the beef, add pepper salt to taste, baking soda, add to the warm water and pour over the composition.
The composition is mixed for 30 minutes, refrigerated for 5 hours.
Remove, mix once more for 30 minutes, put back in the fridge and leave for 20 hours covered with cling film.
Take it out, make 150g balls, from which we make the plescavita and put it on the grill (with charcoal).
