It was not a cold, but a slowdown. We have had a slowdown with the Arab countries. It was not in our favor, if we look to the future. Then I wouldn't say they blame us for that. I understand this fact, it doesn't suit them, it lets you understand that it doesn't suit them, but it doesn't refuse your outstretched hand! Which is very important. Not. For several reasons, the main one being the massive presence of Arabs who studied in Romania, who kept in touch long after 1989, even in conditions where economic relations have declined quite a lot.

Then, immediately after the Revolution, many Arabs came here and started businesses. We get over those who are usually problem makers - because, unfortunately, they are with them. But we have had and still have exceptional relations with large companies in Arab countries.

What Arab companies are you talking about? What big investors are there in our market now?

From Saudi Arabia we have those who joined the Electropower. We have a section of mobile telephony that is also handled by Arabs. We have companies that work in construction very well. Many are in the western part of the country, not necessarily in Bucharest.

What is the value of these investments?

It's not a huge investment, it's not a billion or two billion investment, it's not Nokia, for example. But they are remarkable investments, I would say. Important. Because it would be better not to make a mistake to start a relationship from the very top. The moment you try to get a $ 10 billion investment, I don't know if you can attract people quickly or if you can back off. Instead, it is very easy to start with a smaller investment of 10-20-50 million euros, which you can complete and which will then attract you another five investments of 100 million each. It must be started gradually. We now want to restore trust in a relationship that is lasting and can become very strong. That is why we made the Forum "Business Opportunities in South-Eastern Europe", which will take place for the first time in Bucharest between March 8 and 10, we set up a very long-term project. We started to travel often in the area, to promote the idea of ​​resuming relationships.

We have an oil presence in Saudi Arabia, we have about 500 workers in the largest industrial center there, Dammam. If I'm not mistaken, this is a petrochemical plant where these Romanians work. But, as I said, there is room to work with Arab investors in areas where they have invested heavily. In Southeast Asia, for example. Including in China! Anywhere in the world, as our experience is highly valued in the country.

Are they also interested in our arms industry, being a still "hot" area of ​​the globe?

It's the only area I haven't addressed with them. It is a special issue that cannot be discussed at such a forum. But we can talk about the non-lethal industry in the military. Because we have a very good production of clothes, of uniforms, of boots. It can be discussed.

Last year we had the biggest economic exchanges in the area with Egypt. The possibilities are much greater than we have managed to reach. As a person, I have established many contacts in the area. And, with the experience I have in the Orient and starting from what has been achieved in terms of relations with all the countries there and in North Africa, I can say that immediately after things calm down, economic and trade collaborations will resume without problems. .

It is very true that wherever such movements occur, there is a cessation of economic activity that affects trade. We have Romanian companies that work very well with Egypt. It is normal for any activity to stop or slow down during this period. Romanians also go through the same experiences that all the countries that have relations with Egypt go through. A slowdown or a cessation of activities, in tourism, in particular. But I have the Iranian experience. During the Iran-Iraq war, immediately after the Islamic revolution, many economic projects suffered. And immediately after the situation calmed down, everything resumed where it left off.

In a relationship in which you have shown seriousness, when they resume, they will also turn to you. However, I had no signal that Romanian companies would withdraw from the Tunisian market. Even some who have been there quite recently have told me that they are watching what is happening and are waiting to resume their contracts. A magnetic flux is also created in business relationships when the relationship works very well. And the one at the end is looking for the one at the other, especially in difficult situations. It's a human trait. I have heard from many Romanian businessmen that they have called their Tunisian partners to ask them if they need anything, if they can help them during this period. THE GREAT HOPES FOR A ROMANIAN-ARAB FORUM

At the beginning of March, Romania will host a first business forum where representatives from Arab countries are expected. What it is?
The idea for the Bucharest forum & # 8211 called & quot; Business Opportunities in South-Eastern Europe & quot (March 8-10) & # 8211 was launched by the secretary of the Gulf Cooperation Council, Mr. Abdulrahman Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, at the meeting with the Romanian Minister of Foreign Affairs.

It was decided to hold an economic forum in Bucharest, in which all six Gulf countries would participate. In Central and Eastern Europe this forum is a first. How did I think of him? I said to give it a slightly larger size. Assuming that the financial possibilities of the Gulf are huge, the funds they have set aside for collaborations and investments abroad are several hundred billion US dollars. The funds held by investment funds are just as large. The chances of business people starting business on a high level as well. That's when I said let's try to give the forum a regional dimension. We can call it a hand outstretched to the Arab countries.

We have very strong economic relations with the countries of the Middle East, with the states of North Africa and, in particular, with two GCC countries - the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Kuwait. I later established relations with the other countries in the area. With Saudi Arabia it was not possible until after the Revolution, for example. Many of the countries we started relations with later, after 1989 & # 8211 like Saudi Arabia, don't really know much about us. In the other countries where we have been present non-stop, such as Kuwait - or countries in the Middle East, such as Egypt - we are well known. The forum was conceived as a project spanning at least two and a half years: a "follow-up forum" in January next year in one of the Gulf countries. Then at the end of 2012 a new forum in Bucharest. In 2013 and in the Gulf.

Seeing that we are working on a long-term project, which is not limited to a conference, the Arabs also look at Bucharest differently. Last week I had a meeting with two representatives of two large holding companies, one in Saudi Arabia and one in the UAE. They are interested in feeling the market, in seeing what it offers, how to work with Romania. I told them that I would be traveling to them in the country soon and I asked them to speak for me with some companies, to get in touch for a presentation of the forum, of a series of projects. They called two or three companies and the people there answered: & quot. Is this the forum in Bucharest? & Quot. Which means that Bucharest is currently on the map of interests of many important companies in the Gulf.

If it were at least one of these investors to come to Romania, what amounts can we talk about?
When it comes to investing, the question comes, very correctly, as you put it: how much money would come? But when you ask an investor if he is interested in investing in your country, his legitimate question is & quotIn what projects? & Quot. You can't approach an investor if you don't have a concrete offer. That is why we asked all state companies, private companies to come with projects to the Forum, which we can put on the table when our guests come from the Gulf.

And did you receive projects?

We have a few. If you put on the table about ten projects of 10-20-100 million euros each, chances are that two or three will be approved. This is the reason why we created working groups at the forum, to discuss as many projects as possible. Otherwise don't convince them you're serious. Otherwise it would be a conference where a lot is talked about and very little is done.

It has nothing to do with it. It all depends on your offer. If you have a good offer, you are welcome.

Doesn't religion and politics intertwine with business in this world?

Not at all. You can try any other way, if you have a bad project no one gets it. If you have a project to stand on your own, anyone will accept it. You have to come up with two things: a good project and a good specialist to support it.

Why do you think money separates in a world where religion and politics are so important and create so many waves?

Because they are also obliged to develop. At the moment, sustainable development is a priority for them as well. You offer a project that helps them develop, you are welcomed. You come with a chaotic one, no one looks at him. Today's Arab businessmen are very well trained in top local universities or in very good Western universities. We are in dialogue with a business community at a level of training equal to those in the Western world.

Would such a business climate still be possible if radical Islamists took over certain areas, such as Tunisia or Egypt?
When it comes to any reference to the idea of ​​extremism, of terrorism, it is normal not to present anything. Tell me, is there anyone in the world who loves fanatics other than fanatics?

THROUGH THE MENTALITY OF THE ARAB BUSINESSMAN

From a cultural point of view, what does a Romanian businessman need to know when talking to an Arab businessman? Do you have to avoid something in particular?
Arab businessmen are mostly graduates of strong local or Western schools. It is no longer discussed in traditional terms like "give me a camel, I'll give you two horses" or "give me a thoroughbred Arabian horse, I'll give you spices from the Far East". Negotiations are on the agenda, with pencil and paper on the table, with legislation on the table - they are very attentive to the legal provisions! They are open, pleasant, they drink a lot of tea at these meetings.

Most of the people we talked to said it was good to get to know each other beforehand. Let's make friends before doing business. We have a lot of openness from them, and a lot of sincerity: "It's not easy to do business with us," I tell myself. It's a different language, it's a different culture. At the same time, they are very courteous. "A lot of people come to us," they told me. But also that & quotloc is for everyone and we want to choose the one that offers us the best deal & quot.

In your meetings with representatives from various Arab countries, has Romania's involvement with the Americans in certain conflict areas ever been an impediment, such as Iraq, for example?

There has never been such a thing in the Gulf. When you propose a business forum to them, nothing matters but the projects.

There are, however, sensitive issues there in the area. Do we never reach discussions about politics, about religion?

Not. I am a special representative on the revitalization of economic relations and when I present myself for discussions, they and I have the decency not to address issues other than those of interest. Because if you travel all night to get to Riyadh, for example, or to Muscat or Doha, you are too little tempted to discuss anything other than your concrete mandate. And time is very short. I usually go to these countries for two days. Days I have six to seven meetings. The important thing is to convince them to come to your house to see you.

"Kunafa fingers" is a dessert that is consumed especially on fasting days of Ramadan. There are many options, but this recipe convinced me to try it at home. It is special due to the special ingredient - Nestle condensed sweet milk!
So far I have tasted all the options but not this one.
It definitely impressed me and I chose to prepare it today :)
We only need a few ingredients:

* 1 can of Nestle condensed sweet milk
* 1 kunafa package (I used about a quarter of it, and from the rest I made the other Kunafa-Kataifi version written on the blog)
* ghee (samun)
* chopped pistachio (given by the robot)

* Everyone fixes their quantities as they like.

Mix the pistachio with a quarter of the nestle box, unwrap the kunafa (lengthwise), pour a little of the ghee, then put a teaspoon of the pistachio composition, fold carefully so that it does not come out through the parts. It is important to remember that the whole time you work with the kunafa noodle, it must be covered with a cloth so that it does not become dry.
Place on the kunafa fingers tray and put in the oven until golden (about 15 minutes).
Remove from the oven and pour the nestle box over them and then garnish with pistachios.

The tastiest Fattah I've made in years! The flavors combined with the lamb give all the flavor of this Recipe.
There are several variants of Fattah, depending on the area and even preferences (Jordan, Syria, Palestine, Lebanon). One option would be the one with yogurt and the other with tahini. As I specified above some people prefer to mix both (yogurt with tahini) including me!
Lamb can be replaced with chicken or you can make the simple Fattah version (without meat).

For this recipe you need:

1 half onion that you boil together with the chickpeas and 2 sticks Cinnamon (or powder - a knife tip) and a little vegeta
the other half of the remaining onion is chopped and kept for the meat mixture
100 g (& # 189 cup) chickpeas that you soaked overnight or you can use a box of commercially boiled chickpeas (I used the box)
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon allspice (in the absence I put 1 teaspoon ground cloves and it even came out more fragrant)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
& # 189 teaspoon nutmeg
400 g Lamb meat that has been previously boiled with 1 teaspoon of baharat (spices)
1 tablespoon pomegranate sauce
2 Lebanese breads
Roasted pine nuts for 1 min

YOGHURT SAUCE:
2 cups yogurt
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 large lemon, squeezed
2 teaspoons tahini.

PREPARATION:
Put a quarter of the onion in a small pot together with the chickpeas, vegetables and cinnamon. Cover with 750 ml of boiling water. Reduce heat to medium, cover pot for 30 minutes or until chickpeas become tender.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add half the chopped onion and cook. When the onion starts to bottle, add the remaining garlic, spices and cinnamon for 30 seconds, until you feel the aroma. Immediately Add the lamb, stirring with a wooden spoon until browned (about 7 min). Then add the pomegranate sauce and 125 ml of water (or less) and simmer for 2 minutes or until the liquid is slightly reduced. . Turn off the heat and start the yogurt sauce

To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

The glue is broken into pieces and fried (I prefer the healthier uncooked version over which I add 1 polish from the water in which the chickpeas and sumak were boiled).

Drain the chickpeas, and start placing the ingredients as follows:

Shrimp can of course be replaced with whatever you want (chicken, beef, sheep, fish).

OREZULCU SAUCE:

Meanwhile, we start the sauce. In a pot, heat the oil and fry half a chopped onion together with the jeera (cumin beans). Then add 1 cup and exactly a quarter of lukewarm water, 1 cube Maggie, 3 chopped green chilli, salt and pepper. Then, after the first boil, add 1 small chopped potato, half a chopped carrot, 5 cloves crushed garlic, a little of all the spices and respectively Cinnamon, kabsa spices, cardamom powder, cloves powder and turmeric. After 5 minutes, add 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce and leave until the potatoes and carrots become tender. When done, add half the amount of boiled rice over this sauce (be careful, the sauce should not cover the rice as it otherwise becomes sticky). Put the lid on and let the heat simmer (always Put the rice on the lowest eye on the stove). Check from time to time if the juice has dropped (be careful not to stir in the rice). When the rice has absorbed all the juice, turn off the heat and spread this rice on a tray to dry.

Now from the remaining half of the remaining rice, divide another half (half color the yellow rice and the other half white).

Carnea de miel se poate înlocui cu pui sau puteți face varianta de Fattah simpla ( fără carne ) .

Pt aceasta rețeta aveți nevoie de :

1 jumate de ceapa pe care o fierbeți împreuna cu năutul si 2 bete Scorțișoara ( sau pudra - un vârf de cuțit ) si putina vegeta
cealaltă jumate de ceapa rămasă se toaca si se păstrează pentru amestecul de carne
100 g (½ ceasca) năut care l ați pus la înmuiat peste noapte sau puteți folosi o cutie de năut fiert din comerț ( eu am fol cutia )
ulei de masline 1 lingura, plus suplimentar
2 catei de usturoi, zdrobiti
1 linguriță ienibahar ( in lipsa am pus 1 lingurița cuisoare măcinate si chiar a ieșit mai aromat )
1 linguriță de chimen măcinat
½ linguriță de nucșoară
400 g Carne de miel care a fost fiarta in prealabil cu 1 lingurița de baharat ( condimente )
1 lingură de sos de rodie
2 pâini libaneze
Pini prăjiți pt 1 min
¼ linguriță boia dulce
pătrunjel sau coriandru fresh
Sumak pt decor

SOSUL DE IAURT :
2 căni iaurt
2 căței de usturoi, zdrobiti
1 lămâie mare, stoarsa
2 lingurite tahini.
Toate se amesteca.

PREPARATION:
Se pune sfertul de ceapa intr-o oala mica împreuna cu năutul , vegeta și scorțișoara. Se acoperă cu 750 ml de apă fierbe. Se reduce focul la mediu , acoperiti oala timp de 30 de minute sau până când năutul devine fraged.
*pt varianta de năut fiert la cutie - se lasă la foc mic cu Ingredientele mai sus menționate pentru doar cca 10 min.

Intre timp, se încălzește uleiul într-o tigaie la foc mediu. Se adaugă jumătatea de ceapa tocata si se calește. Când ceapa începe sa sticleasca , se Adauga usturoiul, condimentele și scorțișoară rămasă pt 30 de secunde, până când se simte aroma . Imediat Adaugati carnea de miel , amestecând cu o lingura de lemn Pană se rumenește ( cca 7 min ) . Se adaugă apoi sosul de rodie și 125 ml de apă ( sau mai Putin )și se fierbe timp de 2 minute sau până când lichidul se reduce ușor. . Stingem focul si ne apucam de sosul de iaurt

Pentru a face sosul, se combină toate ingredientele într-un bol. Season with salt and pepper.

Lipia se rupe bucăți si se prăjește ( eu prefer varianta mai sănătoasa neprăjita peste care adaug 1 polonic din apa in care a fiert năutul si sumak ) .

Se scurge năutul,și ne apucam de Așezat Ingredientele in felul următor :
primul strat Lipia peste care se stropește cu zeama din care a fiert năutul , apoi următorul strat Nautul , apoi sosul de iaurt Iar in top amestecul de carne de miel ( cum se vede in imagine )
Se decoreaza cu Pini, puțin năut , boia , patrunjel si sumar .
Se Stropeste cu ulei de măsline se serveste cu muraturi.

Machbous rubyian - Orez emiratez cu creveti

Astazi va prezint o reteta cu care sigur nu dati gres daca doriti sa impresionati pe cineva ! Orez cu creveti - sotul s-a decis sa gateasca deliciousul machbous rubian. Desi gatim destul de rar, il adoram .
Crevetii desigur se pot inlocui cu ce doriti ( pui, vita, oaie, peste ).
A iesit mai ceva ca la restaurant . nota 10 domnul "sot" . :)

Si acum sa trecem la treaba ! Avem nevoie de :

* creveti , curatati , spalati si condimentati cu ingredientele din poza de mai jos ( am scris pe fiecare condiment in parte denumirea )


Criza din Qatar| Kuwaitul încearcă să medieze conflictul din Golful Persic

Kuwaitul încearcă să medieze criza diplomatică din Golful Persic, a declarat marţi ministrul de Externe al Qatarului, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, citat de Associated Press.

Liderul kuwaitian i-a cerut emirului Qatarului, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, să amâne un discurs privind criza în care este implicată țara sa, spunând că încearcă să medieze conflictul. “A primit un telefon din partea emirului Kuwaitului cerându-i să îl amâne, pentru a oferi timp pentru rezolvarea crizei”, a explicat şeful diplomaţiei din Qatar.

Arabia Saudită, Egiptul, Bahrain, Emiratele Arabe Unite și Yemen au rupt legăturile diplomatice cu Qatar, acuzând administrația de la Doha de destabilizarea regiunii și de sprijinira terorismului. Cele cinci țări acuză Qatarul că susține grupuri teroriste, inclusiv Frăția Musulmană. Agenția de știri din Arabia Saudită, SPA, a spus că Riyadhul și-a închis granițele pe urcat, mare și prin aer. Oficialii saudiți au spus că s-a luat această decizie pentru a-și „proteja securitatea națională de pericolele terorismului și extremismului”.


O noua mega escrocherie cu zeci de mii de inselati

In toamna anului trecut, SC HILTI Company SRL Brasov a facut vrincenilor dispusi sa lucreze in strainatate, prin reprezentanta deschisa in Focsani, in sediul fostului A.P.J., o oferta destul de avantajoasa in aparenta. Contra unor sume de ordinul citorva milioane, cei interesati puteau obtine o chitanta ce le dadea dreptul sa astepte pina cind vor fi solicitati de respectiva societate. Fapt pentru care nu mai putin de 250 de vrinceni au platit fara ezitare sumele solicitate, asteptind mult si bine visatul loc de munca.
Dupa mai bine de noua luni de cind au achitat taxele impuse, oamenii si-au cam pierdut rabdarea si vor sa stie daca au sansa de a-si mai vedea banii inapoi. Evident, de la speranta unui loc de munca in strainatate si-au cam luat gindul.
Pentru perioada inscrierilor de plecare, SC Hilti Company si-a desfasurat activitatea din septembie 1998 in cladirea fostului APJ, la etajul patru. Nu mai putin de 250 de persoane din Vrancea si-au manifestat dorinta de a lucra in diverse tari precum tarile arabe, SUA, Canada si chiar in Marea Nordului. Bineinteles, ei si-au platit datoriile de rigoare fata de firma care urma sa le asigure aceste facilitati. Ofertele se adresau atit celor cu studii superioare cit si celor cu studii medii si cuprindeau peste 270 de meserii (de la lacatusi si sudori pina la scafandri, operatori radio sau piloti de avioane).
Majoritatea celor inscrisi au mirosit, ce-i drept cam tirziu, ca ceva nu este in regula. Drept urmare, o parte din ei i-au luat pe sus pe reprezentantii filialei vrincene si s-au deplasat la Brasov la sediul firmei, situata pe strada Muncii nr.14. Este vorba despre Adrian Nicolae Stanicel si Sorin Ionascu, reprezentantii filialei Hilti din Focsani. La Brasov au gasit sediul firmei pustiu, iar banii din conturile bancii "Transilvania" disparuti fara urma. Cine este autorul acestei dubioase afaceri care a pagubit, se pare, in toata tara, aproximativ 20.000 de persoane?
Capul firmei brasovene este Florin Mircea Ateleanu Marinescu, s-a nascut in 1952 la Focsani si are ultimul domiciliu stabil oficial declarat la Bacau. Marinescu, impreuna cu asociatii lui - Alin Onu ( din Bucuresti) si Gheorghe Dinu ( din Ploiesti), a reusit sa exstinda afacerea in intreaga tara, infiintind intr-o perioada relativ scurta de timp nu mai putin de 48 de filiale.
"Afacerea este internationala"
Adrian Stanicel sustine ca la nivelul intregii tari au fost jegmaniti circa 20.000 de persoane. Daca vrincenii au contribuit in buzunarele lui Florin Marinescu cu aproape 700 de milioane de lei, inseamna ca la nivelul intregii tari teapa a fost de ordinul zecilor de miliarde.
Luati la rost de vrincenii astfel pagubiti, cei doi lideri ai filialei din Focsani au tinut sa se disculpe in fata lor prin fel si fel de argumente.
Stanicel sustine ca Florin Marinescu a parasit deja tara cu nevasta cu tot si ca nu stie cine este in spatele acestei afaceri: "S-au strins multi bani, s-au spalat prin terte firme si apoi au fost trimisi in conturi bancare din Luxemburg. Afacerea este internationala. Omul acesta (Florin Marinescu - n.r.) a prostit si profesori universitari. Este maistru in arta dezinformarii".
Spusele lui Stanicel se potrivesc cu informatiile furnizate de "Monitorul de Bacau", potrivit carora Florin Marinescu are, in orasul vecin, o reputatie destul de dubioasa.
Comisioane bunicele pentru reprezentantii firmei
Adrian Stanicel spune ca in instructiunile primite de la centrul firmei din Brasov se prevede si faptul ca sumele depuse de cei interesati de un loc de munca in strainatate sint nerambursabile. Intrebat de reporterii "Monitorului" daca a informat verbal debitorii despre aceasta prevedere, Adrian Stanicel a argumentat ca le-a spus celor interesati sa citeasca instructiunile afisate.
El a mai precizat ca in contractul de colaborare nu a fost stipulat asa ceva.
Pe de alta parte, reprezentantii focsaneni ai Hilti Com sustin ca si ei sint in postura de oameni inselati de Marinescu, la fel ca si pagubitii contractelor de munca. Ei spun ca nu au avut nici cea mai vaga banuilaa ca lucrurile se vor termina atit de prost. "Totul parea, la inceput, o afacere solida si extrem de serioasa" - spune, de pilda, Sorin Ionascu.
Este greu de precizat daca oamenii care au operat pentru Hilti Com la Focsani au stiut sau nu adevaratele intentii ale patronului lor. Dar, daca luam in calcul comisioanele mari pe care le-au incasat in urma recrutarilor de forta de munca, s-ar putea spune ca aspectul seriozitatii patronului si a afacerii putea fi considerata de ei o chestiune secundara. Contractul de colaborare dintre Adrian Stanicel si firma Hilti Company SRL prevede ca, pentru fiecare om cu studii medii recrutat, comisionul care i se cuvine lui Stanicel este de 15 USD, in timp ce in cazul "recrutilor" cu studii superioare acest comision se ridica la 25 de dolari. Sumele precizate nu includ TVA. In termeni procentuali, aceste comisioane sint neobisnuit de mari - aproximativ 33% din valoarea taxei de inscriere! Ca atare, se poate presupune ca aceasta afacere a fost profitabila, cel putin pina la un punct, pentru toata lumea implicata, cu exceptia celor multi si fraieriti - amatorii de slujbe in strainatate.
Vize medicale la cabinetul doctorului Marin Popescu
Pe linga taxa de inscriere, bietii oameni au mai fost pusi sa obtina si o viza medicala, care costa 550.000 de lei. La un moment dat, aceasta viza a urcat brusc la valoarea de 700.000 de lei. Un amanunt interesant: toti recrutii au fost indrumati, pentru vizita medicala, la cabinetul medical particular al doctorului ginecolog focsanean Marin Popescu, fost director al Directiei Sanitare Vrancea sub administratia PDSR.
Suplimentar, oamenii au suportat si achitarea politei de asigurare pe viata, care ajungea si ea la peste 1.000.000 de lei. La acest capitol, "mina dreapta" a celor de la Hilti Com este o societate din Bucuresti, cu capital austriac - Sara Merkuri SA, firma reasigurata la rindul ei in strainatate.
Multi s-au imprumutat pentru a achita costul plecarii din tara
Multi dintre cei pagubiti nu au facut altceva, pentru a pleca in strainatate, decit sa se imprumute. Mai cu lacrimi in ochi, mai cu furie, Maria Neagu din Focsani, al carei ginere urma sa plece in strainatate ne-a povestit cum au decurs lucrurile: "Ni s-a spus ca in luna noiembrie (1998) se pleaca in Egipt sau Kuweit. In aprilie a.c. am fost anuntati sa platim o taxa de 1.000.000 de lei. Nu platim taxa acum, peste doua saptamini se va dubla, iar in cel mult o luna de zile se va pleca. Dupa o saptamina am fost din nou anuntati sa se dea 500.000 de lei pentru viza medicala". In total, Maria Neagu a contribuit la firma Hilti Com cu 2,1 milioane de lei.
Un alt pagubit este Mihai Rebega care pentru a plati taxele cerute, s-a imprumutat de 200 dolari: "Am citit anuntul intr-un cotidian central. Am platit contravaloarea de 61 de dolari, iar pentru viza medicala si polita de asigurare m-am imprumutat. Sotia este disperata. Ni s-a spus ca Hilti a cistigat licitatia pentru a putea efectua plecari de personal pentru munca in strainatate".
Si Gheorghe Cristian a cheltuit 3,4 milioane de lei pentru a obtine intre 3 si 5 mii de dolari pe luna pentru munca ce urma sa o presteze in strainatate. "Dupa ce am platit, mi s-a spus ca in circa 60-90 de zile va fi posibila plecarea".
Pagubitii pot depune plingere la Politie
In urma investigatiilor facute de reporterii "Monitorului" a reiesit ca pina acum nici macar un singur roman din cei 20.000 care au platit miliarde firmei brasovene nu a plecat in strainatate, la mult trimbitatele locuri de munca atit de bine platite.
Despre Florin Marinescu si despre asociatii lui nu se mai stie nimic, iar contul din banca al firmei este actualmente gol. Se presupune ca teapa pe care au dat-o romanilor care au crezut in mirajul banilor cistigati prin munca cinstita in strainatate, se ridica la aproape 80 de miliarde de lei.
Contactat ieri de reporterii nostri, comandatul Politiei Vrancea, lt. col. Ioan Dibus, a declarat reporterilor "Monitorului" ca persoanele inselate de firma Hilti Company sint asteptate la sediul politiei pentru a depune plingeri penale. "Conform legii, noi nu putem demara cercetari decit daca persoanele pagubite depun plingeri. Aceasta este conditia prevazuta de Codul Penal in cazul infractiunii de inselaciune" - ne-a declara lt.col. Ioan Dibus.
In prezent, o echipa de reporteri de investigatie ai ziarului nostru studiaza toate pistele care duc de la si catre virful unei afaceri care pare sa fie cea mai mare escrocherie nationala de la Caritas incoace. Peste citeva zile vom reveni cu noi amanunte interesante despre focsaneanul care a reusit sa suceasca mintile a zeci de mii de oameni din toata tara.
Marinescu a vindut "afacerea" unui armean misterios
Informatii de ultima ora pun intr-o lumina si mai intunecata afacerea lui Florin Marinescu: in urma cu doua luni, Marinescu a vindut firma Hilti Com unui anume Thomas Ayvasyan, armean din Armenia. Aceasta vinzare este la fel de dubioasa ca intreaga operatiune: Ayvasyan pare sa fie doar o fictiune menita sa-i dea lui Marinescu timp sa se ascunda mai bine. Potrivit unor surse din cadrul Politiei de Frontiera, armeanul nu a fost inregistrat niciodata intrind sau iesind din Romania. Mai mult, acest om nu a fost vazut niciodata in Brasov.
In orasul de sub Timpa, firma lui Marinescu inregistra in acte 50 de angajati dar existau in realitate doar 30.
In urma demersurilor gazetarillor, Politia Brasoveana a anuntat ca va incepe o ancheta. (Ionel CRISTIAN)

Ingrediente pui asiatic la Crock Pot

Pentru orez:
2 masuri orez
2.5 masuri apa
1/2 teaspoon salt

Pentru pui:
1 piept de pui
2 lingurite seminte de susan

Pentru marinat:
1/2 lingurita ulei de susan
1/4 lingurita zahar
piper alb, dupa gust

Aluat pentru prajit:
1 or
50 gr faina
3 linguri amidon
100 ml water

For the sauce:
2 tablespoons honey
2 linguri ketchup
2 tablespoons sugar
1 lingurita otet


Orez uscat cu pui și legume

Un orez de pui cu legume cu o atingere modestă, dar foarte ușor și delicios.

Ingredientes

  • 90 g ulei de măsline
  • 100 g ardei gras verde și roșu, tocat grosier
  • 100 g vinete în bucăți mari
  • 100 g dovlecei, tocat grosier
  • 50 g morcov în bucăți medii
  • 50 g ceapă, tocată grosier
  • 200 g de roșii naturale zdrobite (conservate)
  • 2 dientes de Ajó
  • 100 g toba sau pulpă de pui tăiată cubulețe
  • 1000 g bulion de pui sau legume
  • 350 g orez bomba sau rotund
  • 1/2 plic de condimente pentru paella sau 1 lingurita pudra de curcuma
  • 1/2 linguriță de boia dulce
  • 1 / 2 linguriță de sare

Preparación

Adăugați uleiul și usturoiul în pahar. Ne distrugem 3 de secunde, viteza 5. Coborâm resturile capacului și ale pereților și adăugăm puiul tăiat cubulețe. Programăm 10 minute, temperatura 120º, rotire la stânga, viteza lingurii. (După 5 minute, oprim mașina, o deschidem și scoatem puiul pentru că s-a prins într-o lamă de lame și continuăm cu gătitul). Îndepărtăm puiul lăsând uleiul înăuntru și rezervăm.

Puneți ceapa, ardeii, dovleceii, vinetele și roșiile în pahar. Ne distrugem 5 de secunde, viteza 5. Adăugăm puiul pe care l-am rezervat și programăm 20 minute, temperatura 120º, viteza lingurii, viraj la stânga.

Adaugam condimentele de paella (sau curcuma) si boiaua. Programăm 2 minute, temperatura 120º, viteza lingurii, viraj la stânga.

Adăugați bulionul, orezul și 1/2 linguriță de sare și programați 15 minute, temperatura 100º, rotire la stânga, viteza lingurii.

Adăugăm orezul la o paella (servește și o tigaie largă și agită) și fierbem 12-15 minute la foc mediu-mic până când s-a consumat tot bulionul. Oprim focul și îl lăsăm să se odihnească 3 minute. Noi servim.
