First put the gelatin soaked in cold water for a few minutes. Then, in a saucepan put the whipped cream, milk, sugar and vanilla pods cut in half, over low heat until well heated (do not boil). Remove from the heat and put the well-squeezed gelatin in the water and stir continuously until it melts completely.

Remove the vanilla pod and pour the composition into forms (cups, glasses, ...).

Let it cool for 2 hours, then turn it over on a plate. To make it easier to peel, immerse the shapes in hot water for a few minutes. Decorate with chocolate sauce or ... according to everyone's imagination.
