  • 500 g boneless chicken breast

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken Tikka Masala:

Cut the chicken breast into 2 cm cubes. In a bowl, prepare the pasta for marinating the chicken. Mix the yogurt with the grated ginger, the garlic paste, the finely chopped green parsley, 2 tablespoons Garam Masala, the finely chopped hot peppers and the lemon juice. Add the chicken pieces and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Saute finely chopped onion in hot oil. Add sliced ​​garlic cloves and thinly sliced ​​bell pepper. Add 1 tablespoon of Garam Masala and diced tomatoes. Leave on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, then add the marinated chicken. Cook for another 10-15 minutes. Serve with a garnish of natural rice and garnish with green onions. If the hot peppers just boasted that they are very hot, you can also season with Tabasco sauce. PS: For those who avoid frying, you can harden the onion in 1/2 cup of water in which only 2 tablespoons of oil are added.
