I let the surimi sticks thaw. In one bowl I beat eggs with a little salt and pepper, and in another bowl I put flour. I gave each stick of surimi through the flour, then through the egg, and again through the flour and I fried them in oil. I fried them on all sides, then took them out on a plate in which I put paper napkins.
We served with slices of breaded squid, french fries and horseradish sauce (grated horseradish - canned, sour cream, lemon juice, a little honey, salt).
